“Reflect upon your present blessings of which every man has plenty; not on your past misfortunes of which all men have some.” – CHARLES DICKENS (1812-1870) writer.

“In the beginning of working with these practices, it takes concentrated effort days in a row to make gratitude a habit. Anything that reminds you to be grateful is helping you turn your life into gold with gratitude, and that’s exactly what this magical practice is about. ” – RHONDA BYRNE

Now, here Byrne tells us about a man who had an ill son and found a rock which he used to practice gratitude with. Every time he held it he gave thanks for all the good things in his life and for his son’s health. Miraculously his son’s health recovered and he was healed. Since hearing about that, many people have found that the Gratitude Rock helps them find healing, happiness and also manifesting their dreams!

This happens as you direct your focus and subconscious mind to really express gratitude to the universe and God and by feeling emotions of gratitude and happiness one clearly sends a frequency of appreciation towards God and so the universe will respond and send it to you!

1. Firstly find yourself a Gratitude Rock, it can be any small rock that fits comfortably in your palm, preferably a small precious stone or something unique and place it next to your bed to see it clearly when you go to bed.
2. Give thanks every night before bed and think about all the good things that happened that day and be grateful for each and everyone of them.
3.When you wake up, give thanks for a new dawn and for the gift of life! Place the rock back on its usual spot and practice this everyday.
4. Read your list of 10 things you are grateful for and remind yourself why you’re giving thanks. (Do this everyday)

Using a rock seems simple but will magnify your gratitude as you put in more feeling into it. You have to use the gratitude rock for the next 27days with our quest of finishing the book…

Remember for this to work, you constantly have to practice what you’re reading here and you will start to see things change for the better and you will be aware of more things to be grateful for in life….
